Rosentorp has been in the Olsson family since 1893. The manor house is from 1836 whilst other properties around predate the house by a few years. Our closest neighbour is Oppmanna Church - a place of worship since the 12th century (Present day church from 1856). Around Oppmanna and Söndraby, the two nearest villages, is a rich and well tended farming landscape crisscrossed with old dry stone walls, gravel tracks and footpaths. Here in the northern part of the borough of Kristianstad, the farming landscape of southern Scania and the vast forested areas of northern Scania and Småland meet. Together with the many and varied lakes of Scania, Oppmanna and Ivö lake close by are noted for their incredible natural beauty and wonderful views. From Rosentorp you are just 30kms (19 miles) from Hanö Bay with its sandy beaches and 20kms (12 miles) to Kristianstad, a charming small town with first class shops, established by the Danish king Christian IV in the 17th century. With our link pages you can discover more about the diverse and fun activities in the vicinity.

At our B&B you will be calmed and relaxed in charming rooms. You can choose from our apartment with four beds with kitchen and bathroom or one of our two rooms on the upper floor with pantry and large TV room. We also have a comfortable room on the ground floor with its own entrance with toilet and shower inside. Breakfast is served in the separate dining area with fabulous views. No traffic can be heard, so when evening nears it is still and tranquil. In the courtyard there is plenty of space for parking.

We are open from May 1st to September 15th.
